-To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in a resalable condition, together with their original packaging.

-Because we work with natural gemstones and sterling silver, each piece will have its own unique characteristics. Variations in colour, inclusions, texture, and the natural oxidation of silver over time are considered part of the material's character rather than defects.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

-Once a return has been reviewed and approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
