FAQ
Ordering & Sizing
How do I know which size to choose?
Our bracelets are available in two sizes: S/M, suited to wrists measuring approximately 14–16 cm, and M/L, suited to wrists measuring approximately 16–18 cm. Full measuring instructions are included on each product page.
What if my wrist measurement falls between sizes?
If your measurement falls between the two ranges, or if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the product photos?
As each piece uses natural stone and handmade sterling silver components, subtle variations in bead size, shape, or finish compared to the photos may occur. These variations are part of the material's natural and handcrafted character.
Materials & Care
What are KAKI STONE bracelets made from?
Each bracelet is crafted using 925 sterling silver and natural stone, with select details finished in enamel. Bead sizes typically range from approximately 7–9 mm. Full material details are included on each product page.
Why do the stone and silver look slightly different from piece to piece?
Natural stone varies in hardness, structure, and internal composition, and each silver component is handmade, so subtle variation between pieces is expected. This is part of working with natural, handcrafted materials.
How do I take care of my bracelet?
We recommend removing your bracelet before exercising, bathing, swimming, or sleeping, and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, salt, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and household cleaning products. Full care guidance is available on our Care & Wear page.
Why has my sterling silver changed colour over time?
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time, particularly with exposure to air or moisture, or when left unworn. This is a normal, expected process. Gentle polishing with a soft, non-abrasive cloth can help restore its original appearance. See Care & Wear for more detail.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
United Kingdom orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, and international orders generally arrive within 7–17 business days. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and may be collected prior to delivery.

Returns, Damage & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Please contact us before returning an item. To be eligible, items should be returned in resalable condition with their original packaging. Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page.
My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos, so we can review and assist you. Full details are available on our Damage & Replacements page.
Are natural variations in the stone or silver considered damage?
Because we work with natural stone and sterling silver, variations in colour, inclusions, texture, and the natural oxidation of silver over time are part of the material's character. They are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement on that basis.
What happens after my return or damage claim is approved?
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reshipment, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
