Deliveries Within the United Kingdom

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, delivery timelines remain estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

 

Deliveries Outside the United Kingdom

For deliveries to destinations outside the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 7–17 business days from the date of dispatch.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any delays arising from customs inspections or clearance procedures are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Local customs authorities may require payment, documentation, or additional information prior to delivery. Delays caused by customs clearance processes are beyond our control and do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect, any resulting return shipping or administrative costs may be deducted from the refund.
